Hello! We are Puniq Space!
We are a China based online shop but we have a warehouse in Metro manila. We cater to the BTS PH ARMYs nationwide!
Our shop has been running since 2019 and has processed more than 20,000 transactions to date!
We manage BT21 group orders directly from Korea, and China. We are originally a China based shop who handles a shopee shop, but we want to expand our coverage and decided to also accept orders here on our social media accounts.
TERMS
ORDERS & ORDER FORM
Orders may be submitted anytime as long as product/s are available. Inquiry is encouraged before ordering as to make sure you know everything about the item you are ordering. Once form is submitted, it is no longer cancellable. Otherwise, you will be prohibited from shopping again and will be posted as bogus buyer.
PAYMENTS
Unfortunately, we do not accept 50% Down Payment. But we accept COD (cash on delivery) on our local couriers.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE
No return, no exchange policy.
We check for any damage and error in the items before shipping.
The shop will no longer be liable by damages & losses caused by courier/s.
Return/refund/exchange are applicable only for the following circumstances:
if the shop has shipped the wrong item
if item has suddenly become unavailable
if the item you received is damaged or not functioning (please send us a screenshot as a proof)
